Let there be no more grief, in the lives and hearts of mankind
death at some point, tip-toed endlessly, like a thief in the night
but today the pain ends, and a great new, prevalent life is born
Let there be no more grief, by the shortcomings of yesterday
the race had to be run, in the hope, for the best-applied result
many before us have been laid to rest in the soil eroded galley
Let there be no more grief or never-ending fear for that matter
death cannot beat us twice, or deeply sink us twenty feet below
bright was the sun before and the glow shall A Luta Continua
