Two Poems Owen J. Napolitano

蝶の女
Chō no on'na
The Butterfly Woman

Blue and purple wings,
Hair as green as grass, four arms.
Eyes as bright as fire,
Makes my heart flutter in lust,
But the flowers call her home.
丘の上に
Oka no ue ni
On the Hilltop

Standing over the land,
his grand watch no one questioned,
 Devotion upheld.
He stood without moving any,
Made from stone, no wonder why.
